Public subnet blackholing research
This section is concerned with how an infrastructure group can diagnose where traffic for any corporate public subnets is being black-holed out on the Internet. The intention is to provide a scripted way of checking out connectivity to those subnets from various points on the Internet and to be able pinpoint whereabouts such blackholes exist. This means that the relevant provider can be contacted and asked to fix the blackhole(s).
